They say Moeders in de Buurt is a programme for mothers on the subject of bringing up chi ldren. Because bringing up children is great but isn't always easy. S ometimes mothers don't know how best to deal with the behaviour of their children: things like tantrums, problems with eating/sleeping, fighting or not listening. Moeders in de Buurt is for mothers of children aged 0-9. The aim is to get mothers from the same neighbourhood together to learn about bringing up children through sharing their own experiences and getting tips and advice from experts. The groups are led by experienced professionals, and they use the course 'Opvoeden en Zo' and the 'Positief Opvoeden' methodology. Childcare is provided for children aged 0-4
NB. This is a course for mums without their children: there is separate childcare for children aged 0-4. Over one school year there is a meeting once every two weeks: 18 in total
